𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:

Zara Shahjahan, a leading name in Pakistan’s luxury fashion industry, is seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Fashion Designer for its Unstitched Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing innovative unstitched collections while ensuring strong alignment with the brand’s signature aesthetics, market trends, and seasonal direction.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

 Lead the design and development of seasonal unstitched collections from concept to final execution.

 Research and forecast fashion trends, color palettes, fabrics, prints, and embellishment techniques.

 Develop original design concepts, mood boards, and collection themes.

 Collaborate closely with print, embroidery, and production teams for sampling and execution.

 Ensure design consistency, quality standards, and brand identity across all collections.

 Oversee fabric selection, embellishment detailing, and layout planning.

 Monitor timelines to ensure smooth collection launches.

 Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

 Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or Textile Design from a recognized institute.

 5–7 years of relevant experience in unstitched design within a reputed fashion or textile brand.

 Strong expertise in fabric knowledge, print development, embroidery techniques, and color coordination.

 Excellent understanding of market trends and consumer preferences.

 Proven ability to lead design projects and manage multiple collections.

 Strong creative visualization and execution skills.

 Good communication, leadership, and team collaboration abilities.
