Utopia Industries is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin professional for Fleet Management to oversee and optimize our companyβs vehicle operations.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
β’ Manage company fleet operations, including allocation, tracking, and maintenance scheduling.
β’ Monitor fuel consumption, vehicle logbooks, and cost control.
β’ Coordinate vehicle insurance, registration, and compliance documentation.
β’ Supervise drivers and ensure adherence to company policies.
β’ Handle vendor coordination for repairs, maintenance, and service contracts.
β’ Maintain accurate fleet records and generate monthly analytical reports.
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
β’ Bachelorβs degree (Business Administration or relevant field preferred)
β’ 3β4 years of relevant experience in fleet management.
β’ Strong coordination and reporting skills.
β’ Proficiency in MS Excel and administrative documentation.
β’ Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Location: Gulshan e Maymar Site 2, Near Ahsanabad, Karachi.
