Job Title: Seller Operations Executive
Location: Sanaulla Store , Tariq Road- Karachi

Key Responsibilities

· Follow up with vendors daily to ensure timely handover of products to the warehouse.
· Maintain strict control over seller scorecards, tracking KPIs such as cancellations, delays, and service levels.
· Monitor and manage seller inventory levels to prevent stockouts and minimize order cancellations.
· Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) partners for timely product movement and on-schedule deliveries.
· Liaise with the Customer Service (CS) team on customer queries related to defected products and delivery timelines, ensuring quick resolutions.
· Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth inbound and outbound operations.
· Utilize advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reporting dashboards, etc.) for performance tracking, reporting, and decision-making.
· Support process improvements and provide insights to optimize seller operations efficiency.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail operations, supply chain, or vendor management.
· Strong command of Microsoft Excel (Advanced) – pivot tables, power queries, dashboards, and data analysis.
· Excellent communication and coordination skills with vendors, logistics partners, and customer service teams.
· Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
· Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
