Poly Pack (Pvt) Ltd is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team in the following roles:
🔹 Cashier
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: Minimum 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Handle daily cash transactions and maintain accurate records
Manage cash receipts and payments
Prepare daily cash reports and reconcile balances
Ensure proper documentation of all transactions
🔹 Accounts Receivable Officer
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Finance)
Experience: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage receivables and track customer payments
Maintain aging reports and reconcile accounts
Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders on payment issues
Ensure timely collections and accurate reporting
🔹 Reconciliation Assistant
Qualification: Intermediate (Graduation preferred)
Experience: Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in bank and ledger reconciliations
Maintain proper reconciliation records and documentation
🔹 Officer Treasury
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Accounts & Finance)
Experience: 1–2 years
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day treasury operations
Coordinate with banks and handle payments
Support cash flow planning and monitoring
🔹 Officer Imports
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 6 months – 1 year
Key Responsibilities:
Handle import documentation and processes
Coordinate with banks and clearing agents
Ensure compliance with import regulations
