FALKENHERZ Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team and support our growing HR operations. If you are passionate about recruitment, employee engagement, and HR processes, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements:
🔵 6 months to 1.5 years of experience in HR (Recruitment & Operations)
🔵 Bachelor’s degree in BBA, MBA (HR/Administration), or a relevant field
🔵 Strong verbal and written communication skills
🔵 Experience in recruitment (sourcing, screening, and coordination)
🔵 Familiarity with HR operations and employee management
🔵 Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
🔵 Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes
🔵 Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
🔵 Support HR operations and administrative tasks
🔵 Maintain employee records and HR databases
🔵 Help with onboarding and employee engagement activities
📍 Location: Hali Road, Gulberg 2, Lahore (Onsite)
🕒 Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
