Hiring: Full-Stack Engineer (with DevOps Exposure)

About the Role

Aidapt is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer who is comfortable working across backend, frontend, and basic DevOps workflows. You’ll help build, ship, and maintain AI-driven products for our clients, collaborating closely with senior engineers, solution architects, and product teams. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys learning fast, solving real problems, and working on end-to-end product delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Backend Development

•⁠  ⁠Build and maintain APIs and microservices (Node.js, Python, or similar)

•⁠  ⁠Work with SQL/NoSQL databases and write efficient, clean queries

•⁠  ⁠Integrate with third-party services and internal systems

•⁠  ⁠Work on n8n and Make.com automations

Frontend Development

•⁠  ⁠Build responsive UI components using React, Next.js, or similar

•⁠  ⁠Convert Figma designs/wireframes into high-quality functional components

•⁠  ⁠Ensure strong performance and cross-browser compatibility

DevOps & Infrastructure

•⁠  ⁠Assist in CI/CD pipeline setup and maintenance (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)

•⁠  ⁠Support application deployments on AWS, GCP, or Azure

•⁠  ⁠Help monitor system performance and maintain basic infrastructure

•⁠  ⁠Work with Docker; exposure to Kubernetes is a plus

Required Skills & Experience

•⁠  ⁠0–2 years of experience in software development

•⁠  ⁠Working knowledge of:

•⁠  ⁠Backend: Node.js / Python / Go

•⁠  ⁠Frontend: React / Next.js

•⁠  ⁠DevOps: Git, CI/CD basics, Docker

•⁠  ⁠Familiarity with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent databases

•⁠  ⁠Understanding of REST APIs; GraphQL is a bonus

•⁠  ⁠Comfortable with Git, branching workflows, and code reviews

•⁠  ⁠Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn new technologies

Nice-to-Have

•⁠  ⁠Exposure to AI/ML workflows or interest in LLM-powered applications

•⁠  ⁠Experience deploying applications to AWS/GCP/Azure

•⁠  ⁠Understanding of Terraform, CloudFormation, or other IaC tools

•⁠  ⁠Knowledge of security and best practices in cloud-native development
