Rozi Academy is hiring a Sales Strategist to join our team remotely in Pakistan. You will report to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and lead sales planning and strategy for international clients. This role is ideal for someone with an agency background, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable growth.
Location - Remote - Pakistan
Salary Bracket - Up to PKR 250,000
* Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and competitive positioning.
* Design client acquisition and retention plans with the CMO.
* Manage and grow relationships with international clients.
* Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategy updates.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to execute initiatives.
* Monitor KPIs and refine strategies to meet targets.
Requirements
* Experience: 2–3 years in sales planning and strategy; agency experience preferred.
* Proven success with international clients and measurable results.
* Analytical thinking, negotiation, communication, client relationship management.
* Strategic, proactive, and results-driven.
