RCM Specialist – Automation

CareGenix Solutions is looking for an experienced RCM Specialist – Automation to join our growing team!

📍 Location: Lahore (Remote)

 🕕 Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (US Hours)

🔑 Role Overview

As an RCM Specialist – Automation, you will manage the complete Revenue Cycle Management process while driving automation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

✅ Key Responsibilities

- Oversee full RCM cycle: Eligibility, Authorizations, Coding, Claims, Denials, AR, Posting & Invoicing

- Collaborate with IT/Dev teams to design and implement automation solutions.

- Ensure seamless claim submissions via EMRs & clearinghouses

- Perform claim scrubbing, eligibility checks & reconciliations

- Act as a bridge between operations & technical teams

- Stay updated on payer requirements, automation tools, and industry regulations.

- Train cross-functional teams on automation workflows

🎓 Requirements

- 5+ years of RCM experience across all revenue cycle stages

- Experience collaborating with technical/development teams

- Proficiency with EMRs (ECW, Athenahealth, Epic) & clearinghouses (Trizetto, Availity, Change Healthcare).

- Strong Excel & data analysis skills (SQL/reporting tools a plus)

- Familiarity with automation tools, APIs, and system integrations
