🚀 We’re Hiring: Performance Marketer
Location: Islamabad (E-11)
Monday to Friday | Hybrid (3–4 days in office)
Budget: 180,000 - 220,000 PKR (Based on Experience)
Noxlumyn is looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Operator to take full ownership of our Meta Ads and Google Ads engine.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Meta & Google Ads
• Understand direct response copywriting and creative angles
• Are analytical and comfortable with CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CPC
• Can own execution with minimal supervision
• Think in systems, testing pipelines, and performance loops
