*Position Overview:*
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in travel operations, client coordination, and supplier management within a fast-paced tech-driven environment.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Support day-to-day booking operations and partner communication
* Coordinate with hotels and third-party suppliers for booking confirmations, amendments, and special requests
* Assist in maintaining data accuracy on our platforms
* Help manage client queries and follow-up tasks
* Contribute to process improvements and workflow optimization

*What We’re Looking For:*

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
* A team player with a proactive attitude
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel in particular); knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
