We are looking for a proactive and result driven Junior Business Developer & Business Development Intern to join our growing team.
๐น ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
โ Generate leads and secure projects through staff augmentation and online bidding platforms
โ Write compelling proposals and communicate with clients to understand their requirements
โ Support pricing discussions and assist in closing deals
โ Maintain client relationships and ensure smooth onboarding
โ Track pipeline activity and contribute toward achieving sales targets
โ Research market trends and identify new growth opportunities
๐น ๐๐๐ช๐ฎ๐ข๐ซ๐๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

ย โ๏ธ 1โ2 years of experience in Business Development and Bidding
ย โ๏ธ Strong communication and proposal writing skills
ย โ๏ธ Basic understanding of staff augmentation & freelance platforms
๐๐ฐ๐ณ ๐๐ ๐๐ฏ๐ต๐ฆ๐ณ๐ฏ๐ด:
ย โ๏ธ Fresh graduate or final-year student (Business/Marketing preferred)
ย โ๏ธ Strong English communication skills
ย โ๏ธ Eagerness to learn sales, bidding, and client acquisition
โ๏ธ Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset

ย ๐ Timings: 6:00 PM โ 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
