Job Opportunities

1. Assistant Manager – Marketing

Location: Ocean Mall, Clifton, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and execute mall-wide marketing campaigns, events, and promotions to enhance footfall and customer engagement.

Oversee mall branding, signage, and aesthetics in coordination with vendors and agencies.

Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) with regular content creation, campaign performance tracking, and engagement.

Handle casual leasing activities including short-term space rentals for kiosks, exhibitions, and brand activations.

Coordinate with internal departments and external partners for timely execution of marketing and branding activities.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to keep Ocean Mall’s marketing efforts innovative and impactful.

Requirements:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field.

3-4 years of experience in mall or retail marketing.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, and event coordination.

Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.

2. Assistant Manager – Leasing

Location: Ocean Mall, Clifton, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

Drive leasing activities by identifying potential tenants and closing lease agreements for retail spaces.

Maintain occupancy targets through effective leasing strategies and tenant relationship management.

Handle negotiations, lease renewals, and documentation in coordination with the legal and finance teams.

Conduct market research, analyze rental trends, and suggest rental benchmarks for various zones within the mall.

Develop and maintain a strong network of national and international retail brands.

Provide regular leasing reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s in Business Administration or Real Estate Management.

3–4 years of experience in retail/commercial leasing.

Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Proven track record of managing leasing portfolios, preferably in a mall environment.
