Decibel HRMS is looking for a "Management Trainee Officer" for its Service Delivery Department.

📍 Location: Shahra-e-Faisal, Karachi

Requirements:
-BBA/MBA in HR or a relevant field.
-0–6 months of experience (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Basic knowledge or academic understanding of Payroll / HR operations will be an added advantage.
-Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced HR tech environment.
