SellerLegend is looking for a proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our remote team on a night shift (10 PM – 6 AM PKT). Be the friendly voice behind an industry-leading platform and deliver world-class support to clients across the US, UK, EU, and beyond.

🎯 You'll:

✅ Respond to customer inquiries via email & chat

✅ Troubleshoot technical, billing & product-related issues

✅ Manage tickets in our CRM & ensure SLA compliance

✅ Share insights to improve our product & help documentation

✅ Drive CSAT scores & first-contact resolution goals

🔍 You have:

✔️ Bachelor's degree in any relevant field

✔️ 2+ years in customer/technical support (SaaS/B2B preferred)

✔️ Strong English communication & troubleshooting skills

✔️ Experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom

✔️ Reliable high-speed internet + quiet, dedicated workspace

✔️ Customer-first mindset & ability to work independently

✔️ You are based in Islamabad or Rawalpindi.

🌟 Nice-to-have:

• Experience with Amazon seller tools or e-commerce platforms

• Basic familiarity with APIs, SQL, or debugging (training provided)

• Prior remote night-shift experience

💼 What we offer:

• Salary: PKR 50,000 – 60,000/month (based on experience)
