Deputy Manager - Industrial Automation

Position: Deputy Manager - Industrial Automation (Mechanical Engineering)

𝗝𝗼𝗯 𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲:

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager - Industrial Automation to lead automation initiatives, optimize mechanical systems, and support production efficiency through advanced automation solutions across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong mechanical design capabilities along with hands-on experience in industrial automation.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

- Lead industrial automation projects for manufacturing and production processes

- Design, develop, and optimize automated mechanical systems and machinery

- Prepare and review mechanical designs, layouts, and technical drawings for automation projects

- Coordinate with production, maintenance, electrical, and engineering teams for smooth execution of automation projects

- Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency enhancement

- Troubleshoot automation and mechanical system issues to minimize downtime

- Ensure preventive maintenance and reliability of automated production equipment

- Prepare technical reports, project updates, and automation performance analysis for management

- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀:

- Strong knowledge of industrial automation systems and mechanical engineering principles

- Excellent mechanical designing and problem-solving skills

- Hands-on experience with PLCs, SCADA systems, sensors, drives, and automated machinery

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other mechanical design software

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills

- Good coordination and communication abilities

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and engineering reporting tools

- Familiarity with ERP and maintenance management systems is preferred

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 6–8 years of relevant experience in industrial automation and mechanical design

- Experience in textile or large-scale industrial manufacturing will be preferred
