We Are Hiring: Medical Assistant (Remote)
PsychPlus is expanding our team and we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Medical Assistant to join us in a fully remote role.
Position: Medical Assistant
Location: Pakistan (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative and clinical support to healthcare providers
• Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
• Handle medical documentation and maintain accurate patient records
• Assist with insurance verification and billing processes
• Respond to patient inquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and confidentiality standards
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Medical Assistant or in a similar healthcare role
• Strong understanding of medical terminology and documentation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with EHR/EMR systems
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong attention to detail and patient-focused approach
