🔧 Key Skills & Experience
✅ 5–7 years of experience leading customer or platform support teams
✅ Strong ownership of SLAs, ticket workflows, escalations, and service quality
✅ Ability to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, and drive long-term fixes
✅ Experience collaborating closely with Product and Engineering teams
✅ Clear, confident communication with customers and internal stakeholders
✅ Proven people leadership with a focus on coaching, accountability, and growth
