Job Title: Manager Internal Control Unit

What We’re Looking For:

Qualification: BCom, Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead process-based control reviews of Operations and support functions to assess compliance, identify control gaps, and recommend enhancements.
Review transaction samples using ICU checklists, document exceptions, and work with unit management to implement timely corrective actions.
Analyze unit and departmental audit reports, monitor compliance with audit observations, and report any unresolved issues to relevant stakeholders.
Prepare and deliver review reports, highlighting key risks and control weaknesses, and escalate high-impact issues for immediate action.
Conduct data-driven assessments using checklists and system reports to identify trends, emerging risks, and inefficiencies.
Maintain and track ICU observations, ensuring timely resolution of all open items and maintaining accurate follow-up records.
Complete all assigned reviews, tasks, and special projects within deadlines and in accordance with ICU standards.
