Manager – Accounts

𝗨𝘁𝗼𝗽𝗶𝗮 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝘀 𝗛𝗶𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 "Manager - Accounts (𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 / 𝐋𝐌𝐓 / 𝐈𝐌𝐓)"


𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Master’s in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 10+ years in Accounts Management, Distribution Finance, LMT/IMT Accounting, or Financial Operations
𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Site-2, Near Ahsanabad, Super Highway, Karachi

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

-Manage and oversee financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-Prepare financial statements, reconcile accounts, and assist with audits.
-Ensure invoices comply with company policies and relevant tax regulations.
-Act as a bridge between financial data and daily distribution & trade operations.
-Verify invoices, delivery notes, and maintain accurate documentation.
-Monitor stock levels, maintain records of incoming/outgoing goods, and report discrepancies.
-Track distributor/customer accounts receivable and proactively follow up on outstanding payments.
-Process and manage credit notes with proper authorization and documentation.
-Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to streamline payment processes.
-Provide financial insights and reports to support management decisions.

🎯 𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Prior experience in Distribution / LMT / IMT Accounting or Banking will be a strong plus.
