Job Vacancy: Management Trainee Officer (MTO) – Design (Stitch Department – Embroidery Domain)
Experience: 0–1 year
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion/Textile/Embroidery Design, or a related field
Location: Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in developing embroidery designs (both printed and solid) for the stitch department in alignment with collection themes.
2. Conduct local and international trend research to support innovative embroidery concepts.
3. Prepare mood boards, inspiration boards and basic embroidery layouts under the guidance of senior designers.
4. Coordinate with the embroidery team to understand fabric specifications and stitch techniques.
5. Share design inputs with sketchers for embroidery artwork development.
6. Review embroidery samples with the senior team and incorporate feedback where required.
7. Maintain proper documentation of design development and sampling progress.
Job-Specific Skills:
1. Basic proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and CAD
2. Understanding of embroidery techniques and machine processes
3. Knowledge of fabrics, materials and color theory
4. Strong attention to detail and creative thinking
5. Good communication and coordination skills
