🚨 Value Engineering Pakistan is Hiring: Learning & Development Manager | Night Shift

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Learning & Development Manager to lead our employee training and development initiatives and help build a strong culture of continuous learning.

📍 Location: Onsite

🌙 Shift: Night Shift 6:00 PM - 03:00 AM

💼 Experience: 4–8 years

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

🎯 What You’ll Be Responsible For

🔹 Develop and implement organization-wide Learning & Development strategies aligned with business goals.

🔹 Identify training needs and create annual training calendars and learning roadmaps.

🔹 Design and deliver onboarding, technical, leadership, and soft-skills training programs.

🔹 Build career development frameworks, competency models, and succession planning initiatives.

🔹 Monitor employee performance and recommend development interventions.

🔹 Lead leadership development programs and employee growth initiatives.

🔹 Manage LMS platforms, training records, certifications, and learning analytics.

🔹 Measure training effectiveness and report on learning outcomes and ROI.

🔹 Lead and mentor the L&D team while collaborating closely with HR and business leaders.

🔹 Work with external trainers, consultants, and learning partners when required.

✅ What We’re Looking For

✔️ 4–8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or Training Management

✔️ Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, and adult learning principles

✔️ Experience with LMS platforms and employee development frameworks

✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills

✔️ Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities

✔️ Experience in performance management, coaching, leadership development, and succession planning

✔️ Strong stakeholder management and team leadership skills

✔️ Advanced Microsoft Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
