Position Overview

The IT Manager will be responsible for leading, managing, and overseeing the company’s entire IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations, timely troubleshooting, and high-level support across all departments. The role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage both internal systems and external vendors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

1. Network & Infrastructure Management

Installation, configuration, and management of network switches.

Reconfiguration of Wi-Fi routers to maintain stable wireless connectivity across all departments.

Troubleshooting and resolving network issues to ensure uninterrupted performance.

Regular monitoring and maintenance of Active Directory (AD) for stable domain operations.

2. Server & Calling System Management

Daily login and monitoring via Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.

Creation of Calling/VoIP server user IDs and configuration of internal/external call routing.

Continuous monitoring of calling server performance and retrieving call history as required.

Diagnosing and resolving calling server issues promptly.

3. System Installation & Configuration

Installation and configuration of Deadline Slave nodes for render farm optimization (if applicable).

Configuring and maintaining Outlook email clients for staff.

Managing email account creation on cPanel and G Suite/Google Workspace.

4. Data Security & Backup

Performing regular data backups and ensuring all sensitive data is stored securely.

Safeguarding IT assets, confidential credentials, system passwords, and company digital resources.

5. IT Procurement & Vendor Management

Collecting pricing quotes for required IT hardware/software.

Negotiating with vendors to secure cost-effective pricing.

Managing purchase orders and ensuring timely delivery of IT equipment.

Coordinating with internet service providers to maintain high-quality service.

6. Team Leadership & Operations Management

Managing and guiding the IT support team to ensure efficient task execution.

Assigning daily responsibilities, monitoring performance, and ensuring timely issue resolution.

Maintaining documentation, SOPs, and IT inventory records.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT support or IT management roles.

Strong knowledge of networking, VoIP systems, switches, routers, and server configurations.

Hands-on experience with Active Directory, cPanel, G Suite, and Microsoft Outlook.

Ability to handle IT crises and manage tasks under pressure.
