Tekboox, a US-based IT solutions company, is looking for an IT Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support and system management while ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.
🔹 Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues
Troubleshoot system slowdowns, connectivity problems, and application errors
Assist with password resets, email access, and printer issues
Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and patches
Set up laptops, desktops, and mobile devices for employees
Perform routine system checks and maintain IT inventory
Support LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting and network printer setup
Manage user accounts in Active Directory / Microsoft 365
Follow IT security best practices and log tickets in the helpdesk system
Document standard procedures and collaborate with senior IT staff
🔹 Requirements
Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
6 months – 1 year of IT support experience (internship or professional)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and troubleshooting
Familiarity with Active Directory & Microsoft 365
Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills
