A leading pharmaceutical company is looking for 'Internal Audit Executive' for its Head Office based in Karachi.
Education: ICMA part-qualified or ACCA part-qualified (must have cleared Audit paper).
Experience: 3–5 years (Internal Audit / Compliance)
Industry Preference: Manufacturing (Pharmaceutical experience preferred)
Requirements:
SAP knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong documentation and process mapping skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Good communication and report-writing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in documenting processes across manufacturing, supply chain, warehousing, and production.
Support development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct and assist in operational, compliance, and process audits.
Perform data analysis for audit reviews and maintain audit working papers.
Follow up with departments on implementation of audit recommendations.
Support risk assessment and gap analysis exercises.
Evaluate internal controls and highlight control weaknesses.
