VaporVM is looking for a strategic and business-driven HRBP Lead to join our team in Lahore. This role will support stakeholders across KSA, UAE, and Pakistan, making it ideal for someone who understands regional dynamics and can operate confidently in a multi-country environment.
This is not a traditional HR role โ we are seeking a true business partner who can align people strategy with growth, performance, and organizational scalability.
๐ฏ ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐:
Partner with business leaders across KSA, UAE & Pakistan to align HR strategy with regional objectives
Drive workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning
Lead performance management cycles and KPI alignment
Support organization design and change initiatives across regions
Manage employee relations and ensure compliance within respective markets
Drive engagement and culture initiatives aligned to business priorities
Strengthen leadership capability and retention strategy
๐ ๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ ๐ฃ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ณ๐ถ๐น๐ฒ:
6โ7 years of progressive HR experience with strong HRBP exposure
Experience handling multi-region HR operations (KSA / UAE / Pakistan preferred)
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change
Commercially aware with strong business acumen
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
