๐ Shift: Monday to Friday | 05:00 PM โ 02:00 AM (PKT)
What Youโll Do:
โ
Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding
โ
Foster employee engagement & resolve workplace concerns
โ
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
โ
Manage compensation, benefits & HRIS tasks
โ
Drive initiatives to improve employee experience
What Weโre Looking For:
โ 3โ4 years of HR experience
โ Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
โ HR degree (Masterโs preferred);
โ HRIS & MS Office proficiency
โ Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity
