🕒 Shift: Monday to Friday | 05:00 PM – 02:00 AM (PKT)

What You’ll Do:

✅ Lead recruitment from job posting to onboarding
✅ Foster employee engagement & resolve workplace concerns
✅ Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices
✅ Manage compensation, benefits & HRIS tasks
✅ Drive initiatives to improve employee experience

What We’re Looking For:

✔ 3–4 years of HR experience
✔ Strong communication, organizational & problem-solving skills
✔ HR degree (Master’s preferred);
✔ HRIS & MS Office proficiency
✔ Ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity
