Backbone Productions is looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. If you understand fast-paced creative environments and know how to manage people, structure, and culture, we want to hear from you.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment & onboarding
- Develop and implement HR policies & SOPs
- Handle attendance, leave management & payroll coordination
- Performance management & employee evaluations
- Maintain employee records & HR documentation
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Handle conflict resolution & disciplinary matters professionally
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Over 6 months of HR experience in an organization
- Strong communication & organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential matters with professionalism
- Experience with attendance systems & HR documentation
