Richmond Tech Group is seeking a competent and experienced Male HR Executive (Mid-Level) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience in core HR functions and be capable of independently handling day-to-day HR operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end technical recruitment & talent aquisition
Attendance & leave management
Payroll processing & coordination
Employee record management
Handling employee queries & HR operations
Assisting in policy implementation and compliance
🔹 Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of MS Office
Ability to handle tasks professionally and confidentially
