Designation: Head of Sales & Product Development (Technical Textiles)
Qualification: B.Sc. in Textile Engineering plus MBA will be an extra advantage.
Experience: Minimum 8 Yrs. in technical textiles, 4-5 years in similar role.
Location: Head Office, Multan
Key Responsibilities:
· Drive strategic sales plans and business development for the technical textiles portfolio.
· Manage client relationships and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
· Specific products include workwear, gloves, liners, and garments with attributes such as cut resistance, fire resistance, heat resistance, and impact resistance.
· Source and select appropriate fiber types for new product development, considering performance requirements and cost.
· Collaborate with technical teams to ensure product quality and market fit.
· Establish regional offices and represent the company at industry events.
· Oversee the full sales-to-product-development business cycle.
