Position: Officer / Sr. Officer Sewing
Bachelor / Masters with 4–7 years of experience in garment manufacturing operations
Responsible for overseeing sewing operations and daily production activities to meet planned targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines. The role involves coordinating with PPC, IE, Maintenance, and Quality teams to ensure smooth production flow, efficient capacity utilization, and timely changeovers. Resolve technical and managerial stitching issues, ensure skilled manpower availability, and maintain compliance with SOPs, quality, and audit requirements. Drive efficiency improvement, cost control, and continuous improvement through KPI monitoring and Kaizen initiatives. The position will handle one fashion line or two basic lines, based on production structure.
