We are looking for a skilled Staff Augmentation Specialist with 3โ4 years of experience in the tech industry. If you have a strong understanding of client handling and resource outsourcing, weโd love to connect with you.

โข Identify and develop new business opportunities in staff augmentation
โข Manage end-to-end client communication and deal closure
โข Understand client requirements and align suitable tech resources
โข Build and maintain long-term client relationships
โข Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding

โข 3โ4 years of experience in the tech industry (mandatory)
โข Strong knowledge of staff augmentation / outsourcing
โข Excellent communication and negotiation skills
