Tapmad is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Executive to handle accounts payable operations, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with taxation and financial regulations. This role is key in driving financial accuracy, managing vendor relationships, and supporting budget planning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee end-to-end accounts payable processes, including invoice verification, posting, and payment execution
* Maintain accurate financial records and transactions using QuickBooks (QB)
* Ensure timely and accurate processing of vendor payments
* Update and manage financial data using Google Sheets
* Support budget tracking by monitoring payments and forecasting future cash outflows
* Liaise with vendors and internal departments to resolve payment-related queries
* Manage professional email correspondence with vendors and stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with applicable taxation rules and financial regulations
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field
* 1–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounts payable
* Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Google Sheets
* Strong understanding of taxation and financial regulations
