Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Technical Coordinator to manage and streamline communication between field technicians in Islamabad and the Karachi technical team. The role involves overseeing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities related to tracker devices, while ensuring accurate reporting and device record management.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate daily operations and communication between Islamabad-based technicians and the Karachi technical team.

Assign tasks, schedule field visits, and ensure timely completion of installations and maintenance activities.

Monitor technician performance and provide regular updates to management.

Maintain detailed reports of all technician activities, including installation, removal, and troubleshooting of tracker devices.

Ensure proper documentation of device status, usage, and history in the system.

Track inventory and maintain records of all tracker devices, including allocation and returns.

Ensure compliance with company procedures and technical standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in , IT, or a related field (preferred).

Proven experience in technical coordination, operations, or in tracking field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and basic technical systems.
