🚀 We’re Hiring: Upwork Business Development Executive (Freshers Welcome)
Design Oxyll is looking for motivated fresh graduates or IT students who have strong English communication skills and calling experience, eager to build a career in Upwork business development.
✅ Responsibilities
Search and apply for relevant jobs on Upwork
Write customized proposals (training/guidance provided)
Communicate with potential clients via chat and calls
Follow up with leads and support deal closures
Coordinate with the internal team after project confirmation
🎯 Requirements
Fresh graduates or students with IT background
Excellent English written and spoken communication
Prior calling experience (sales, customer support, or business development preferred)
Basic understanding of freelancing platforms (Upwork knowledge is a plus)
Willingness to learn proposal writing and client handling
Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
🕒 Work Schedule
6:00 PM – 3:00 AM
Monday to Friday
📍 Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 5, Karachi.
💰 Salary: Market competitive + commission
