About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of IT to lead our technology strategy, infrastructure, and digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will oversee IT operations, ensure data security, streamline business systems, and drive innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business objectives.

Manage and maintain all IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.

Oversee ERP systems (preferably SAP B1) and ensure smooth integration with business operations.

Lead the IT team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight.

Manage cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols.

Collaborate with department heads to identify technology needs and solutions.

Handle vendor management, software licensing, and IT procurement.

Plan and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective technology investments.

Evaluate and implement new technologies to improve efficiency and scalability.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 8–10 years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Strong knowledge of networking, system administration, and ERP software (SAP B1 preferred).

Expertise in IT security, data management, and cloud solutions.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
