AL Habib Exchange Company is looking for a Head of Administration
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of Administration, preferably from an Exchange Company / Financial Institute.
Department: Administration
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of office management and administrative procedures.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with administrative software.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Computer Literacy Mandatory
