(High-Ticket B2B Acquisition Role | Remote)
We’re looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist to lead paid acquisition for a growing high-ticket B2B agency.
This is NOT an entry-level role - we need someone who deeply understands commercial intent, lead quality, and full-funnel optimization.
🔍 Requirements:
4–5+ years of experience running Google Ads
Direct experience with high-ticket offers ($3K–$50K+)
Strong background working with agencies, consultants, coaches, and creators
Proven success managing budgets of $10K–$100K+ monthly
Expertise in Google Search + YouTube Ads with a focus on booked calls
🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and optimize high-intent Google Search campaigns
Launch and scale YouTube Ads for authority, targeting, and retargeting
Conduct advanced keyword + competitor research
Structure campaigns for high-ticket lead generation
Optimize for booked calls, not just form fills
Lower CPL, CPBC, and improve Quality Score
Build/maintain negative keyword lists
📈 Funnel, CRO & Analytics:
Work closely on landing page structure, copy, and conversion flow
A/B test CTAs, headlines, layouts
Set up tracking inside Google Tag Manager
Manage conversion tracking, attribution, and retargeting
Analyze performance and make strategic data-driven decisions
