Qualification & Experience:
M.Phil degree in English, English Literature, Linguistics, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of teaching experience at college or intermediate level (experience in nursing or medical education preferred).
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Familiarity with modern teaching methodologies and tools.
