🔍 Job Description:

Freshco is hiring a skilled E-Commerce Executive to manage our digital sales channels including Daraz, Foodpanda, and our own website. The candidate should have hands-on experience in product listings, order processing, customer service, and campaign planning.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Daraz Seller Center:

•Create & manage new product listings
•Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and tags
•Process daily orders & update shipments
•Respond to customer inquiries (chat/inbox)
•Prepare products for campaigns (11.11, 12.12, etc.)
•Track ratings/reviews & manage returns/refunds


🌐 Foodpanda & Website Operations:

•Upload and manage listings on Foodpanda, Daraz & Website
•Ensure product content is SEO-friendly and accurate
•Verify incoming orders and forward to delivery team
•Regular website audit: fix broken links, out-of-stock items, pricing errors
•Update promotions, discount banners, and featured items
•Generate weekly/monthly sales & stock reports


✅ Requirements:

•Intermediate or Bachelor's (Commerce, Marketing, or IT preferred)
•3+ years experience with Daraz Seller Center, Website CMS, or Foodpanda Portal
•Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, email communication
•Knowledge of SEO and content writing is a plus
•Strong attention to detail & quick learning ability
