Position Overview

Aghas Group is seeking a seasoned and results-driven Director – Admin & Operations (COO) to lead and manage the administrative and operational functions of its new low-cost housing projects across Pakistan. The role requires strong leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to align day-to-day operations with the group’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage overall operations and administrative functions of housing projects nationwide.

Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and internal controls.

Ensure smooth coordination between engineering, procurement, finance, HR, and site teams.

Lead project operations, resource planning, and execution to meet timelines and quality standards.

Manage vendor relations, contracts, logistics, and supply chain operations.

Ensure compliance with local laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate governance standards.

Monitor operational performance, prepare management reports, and recommend improvements.

Represent the organization in dealings with government authorities, consultants, and external stakeholders.

Lead, mentor, and evaluate senior management and operational teams.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 25+ years of experience as a senior-level professional in administration and operations.

Prior experience in real estate, construction, infrastructure, or large-scale housing projects (preferred).

Strong expertise in operations management, administration, compliance, and stakeholder coordination.

Proven ability to manage large teams and multi-location projects.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

Professional qualifications such as MBA, MPA, Engineering, or relevant management degrees will be an advantage.
