Position Overview

Aghas Group is seeking a highly experienced Chief Security Advisor from the Pakistan Armed Forces (retired) to lead, design, and oversee comprehensive security strategies for its new low-cost housing projects across Pakistan. The role requires deep expertise in security planning, risk management, and coordination with civil and law-enforcement agencies.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement overall security policies, strategies, and SOPs for all project sites.

Conduct security risk assessments, threat analysis, and vulnerability evaluations.

Oversee physical security, site security, access control, and perimeter protection.

Liaise and coordinate with law enforcement agencies, intelligence units, and local administration.

Supervise and guide security teams, contractors, and site security staff.

Ensure security compliance during construction, material movement, and workforce deployment.

Advise the CEO on security risks, crisis management, and emergency response planning.

Establish incident reporting, investigation, and response mechanisms.

Ensure protection of company assets, personnel, contractors, and residents.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 26+ years of service as a senior-level professional in the Armed Forces (retired).

Experience at command, staff, or strategic level (Brigadier / Colonel or equivalent preferred).

Strong background in security management, operations, intelligence, or risk assessment.

Proven ability to manage large-scale security operations and multi-location sites.

Excellent leadership, discipline, and coordination skills.

Familiarity with civil-military coordination and corporate security frameworks will be an advantage.
