Position Overview

Aghas Group is seeking a highly experienced and visionary Director – Accounts & Finance to lead and oversee the financial operations of its new low-cost housing projects across Pakistan. The ideal candidate will bring extensive senior-level leadership experience, strong financial governance expertise, and the ability to support strategic decision-making at the group level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage all accounts, finance, budgeting, and financial planning functions of the group.

Oversee financial controls, compliance, audits, and regulatory matters.

Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization’s long-term objectives.

Monitor project financing, cost controls, cash flow management, and profitability of housing projects.

Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and analyses to the Group Chairman.

Ensure compliance with Pakistan accounting standards, tax laws, and corporate regulations.

Guide and mentor senior finance and accounts teams across projects.

Coordinate with external auditors, banks, financial institutions, and government bodies.

Required Qualifications & Experience

25+ years of experience as a senior-level professional in Accounts & Finance.

Proven experience in large organizations, real estate, construction, or housing projects (preferred).

Strong expertise in financial management, corporate finance, taxation, and compliance.

Demonstrated ability to work at board / chairman level with strategic insight.

Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
