📌 Job Type: Full-Time, Remote
📌 Location: Pakistan (Remote)
📌 Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM PKT
📌 Experience Required: 5–8 Years
📌 Note: Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies
✔️ Create and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and customer engagement across platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Refurbed, Back Market)
✔️ Lead the development of SEO and SEM strategies to drive organic and paid traffic
2. Paid Media & Advertising Campaigns
✔️ Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other paid advertising campaigns for high ROI
✔️ Continuously analyze, test, and refine ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to boost performance
3. Social Media Strategy & B2B Marketing
✔️ Oversee and enhance social media strategies with a strong focus on LinkedIn for B2B lead generation
✔️ Develop strategies to nurture and expand B2B partnerships and business relationships
4. Content Creation & Brand Messaging
✔️ Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across all digital platforms
✔️ Collaborate with creative teams to produce aligned and engaging marketing content
5. Analytics, Performance Monitoring & Reporting
✔️ Use tools like Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, and platform-specific dashboards to monitor performance
✔️ Report key metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, conversion rates) and provide strategic recommendations
6. Cross-Functional Collaboration
✔️ Align digital marketing strategies with internal teams (Product, Operations, Customer Support)
7. Leadership & Team Coordination
✔️ Guide and mentor junior marketing team members
✔️ Ensure tasks are completed efficiently and in line with business goals

Qualifications:
✔️ 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, specifically in eCommerce
✔️ Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing tools
✔️ Strong background in B2B marketing and LinkedIn strategy for lead generation
✔️ Experience with Shopify and platforms like Amazon, eBay, Refurbed, and Back Market
✔️ Excellent leadership and presentation skills, able to work with senior Polish management
