Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, build strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, presenting products or services to clients, and closing deals while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, emails, and meetings

Present and promote company products or services to prospective clients

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions

Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve assigned targets

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery

Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments

Requirements and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in any field

Minimum 2 years proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar role

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Ability to meet and exceed sales targets

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven

Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
