🔹 What You’ll Do

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and networking

Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview rounds

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Ensure an excellent candidate experience

Maintain recruitment reports and assist with employer branding initiatives

🔹 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and job portals

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple roles in a fast-paced environment

Passion for people and hiring the right talent
