Diamond Fabrics Limited is looking for a dynamic and analytical Deputy Manager Financial Controller to lead financial planning, cost control, and performance analysis for our Utilities Profit Center (Steam & Electricity Generation).
This role is critical in driving cost efficiency, profitability monitoring, and financial discipline within plant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Annual budgeting & quarterly forecasting
• Budget vs. actual variance analysis
• CapEx planning support for plant & equipment
• Per-unit cost calculation of steam & electricity
• Fuel efficiency & cost impact analysis (Gas/Coal/Biomass/Furnace Oil)
• Maintenance cost monitoring (planned & unplanned)
• Cost optimization initiatives across fuel, manpower & maintenance
• Strong internal controls & financial compliance
• Performance reporting with actionable insights
Qualifications:
• CA / CMA (Part Qualified) / MBA Finance / M. Com
• Strong coordination with Utilities Head, Plant Manager & Engineering Teams
• Experience in manufacturing / textile sector preferred
