Position: Customer Support Officer
Location: DHA-Phase 8 Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
-Handle customer queries through Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram), WhatsApp, emails, and phone calls
-Manage both inbound and outbound calls professionally
-Respond to customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
-Coordinate and collaborate with courier/logistics partners regarding order dispatch, tracking, and delivery issues
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups
-Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
1–2 years of experience in customer support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage pressure
Excellent communication skills in both English and Urdu are mandatory
