Position Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Relations Officer (CRO) for our service centre who not only has strong customer service skills but also possesses mobile technical knowledge to handle customer queries, troubleshooting, and coordination with the technical team. Candidates with prior experience in the mobile industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the service centre.
Understand and address customer complaints and service requests.
Perform basic mobile troubleshooting and coordinate with technicians for complex issues.
Maintain records of repairs, parts usage, and service timelines.
Ensure customer satisfaction and follow-up on resolved cases.
Coordinate with warehouse and dispatch teams for timely delivery of repaired units.

Requirements:

Minimum intermediate/graduate qualification.
Experience in the mobile industry preferred.
Basic technical understanding of mobile hardware/software issues.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and maintain professionalism.
