📢 We Are Hiring – Collection Officer
📍 Location: Lahore
🕒 Job Type: Full-Time
PalmPay seeking a motivated and target-oriented Collection Officer to join our team in Lahore.
Key Responsibilities:
• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments
• Maintain accurate records of recovery and collection activities
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment-related issues
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients
• Achieve assigned monthly recovery targets
Requirements:
• Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Office
• Prior experience in collection/recovery will be preferred
💼 Salary 50k-60k
