Job Title: Chat & Community Support Assistant
Location: Remote (Pakistan based)
Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive Chat & Community Support Assistant to keep our online communities engaged and supported across all platforms. You will be the go-to person for responding to inquiries, keeping discussions active, and ensuring our members feel heard and valued.
Responsibilities:
Stay active and responsive in all chatrooms.
Monitor and engage in Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups and Mighty Networks chatrooms
Provide prompt, clear, and professional responses to questions and messages.
Maintain a friendly, helpful tone while assisting members.
Use tools like ChatGPT to draft quick, well-written replies when needed.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant team member.
Requirements:
Strong written communication skills in English.
Ability to multitask across multiple platforms.
Proactive and self-motivated approach.
Reliable internet connection.
Experience in community management or customer support is a plus.
